Is the ability to build a stylish home learned, or inborn?

Clearly qualities such as knowledge of construction and business can be acquired by training and experience. However, some qualities such as an 'eye for style', enthusiasm to succeed, the need to produce quality are to some extent inborn and cannot be easily acquired by those who do not possess them.

A typical example of natural ability is the team at Blue Line Developments a company relatively new to the housing market and proving to be one of the best around. The company was established in 1999 evolving from well established building company Hartley Tomlinson. Recently, they have moved to new premises in Duffield, Derby where they intend to continue to grow.

The intangible sense of style, quality and originality oozes from each home created by this up and coming company. A true unconscious ability, which can never be learned. However, the directors of Blue Line do not take anything for granted and strive to increase their knowledge, and keep ahead of the market by constantly researching the market into the latest trends and styles, so they can be inbuilt into each home.

As a company, the empathy towards their clients is refreshing - a very endearing quality, and they always attempt to accommodate their clients requirements.

Although specific experience is obviously required when building new properties, to truly own a new home with that something extra special, it needs to be created by somebody who naturally cares!

Blue Line developments are coming to the end of their Kennel Meadow Farm site at Carsington where only one barn conversion remains unsold. Lake View is an exceptional property with four bedrooms, hand crafted kitchen and many more unique features. Price 419,000 with 10,000 discount for completion within 6 weeks.

Chapel Farm, Turnditch is a site of only 2 four bedroomed homes currently under construction with their usual high specification. They are definitely worth viewing. Completions are set for November and December and are both 350,000.
